The new staff at Wakefield is terrible. I’ve been dealing with a $300+ water bill for my 3-bedroom apartment since August, and all I hear is, "Pay the rent, and we’ll credit your account when we’re able to."
On top of that, you threaten late charges if we don’t comply.

@CushWake Disappointed with @CushWake! 💔 5+ yrs here, and things have gone downhill:

Excessive water charges 💸
Tennis court under construction 2+ yrs
Gym only open during biz hours
Rude staff with constant turnover
Residents deserve better! #DoBetterCushman

@Safecoinsurance overcharged and lied to by agent. I had my car totaled 01/2023, and now they are saying they were not aware and its too late to back pay since its been over a 30 days. If anyone else experienced similar issues please let me know.

Hate I had to take it here, but @TMobile tell me why I was being for TMobile Internet for over a year when my USAGE IS ZERO because I canceled my service. I was told the most they could refund was $55 despite charging me over $600.00..is this a joke because I am not laughing

@RushCard why is my mom I getting the run around to get her money back. She canceled her account 2months ago and sent all documents and still have not received her remaining funds left on her card. She just wants her balance left received. They still have not sent a check.

I'm not disappointed I'm pissed 😤I just broke my 2nd nail. I always say "you get what you pay for"so why do I have two broke nails and my nails has been done less than a week. When I pay over a Benjamin for my nails I expect them to last more than 4days. @tammytaylors #heated
