@swahili254@KRACare@KRACorporate@AmbokoJH@WashiraX@ICPAK_Kenya If you delay filing your 2025 return, you ll put yoursepf at a risk of KRA filing a default assessment fornyour 2025 transactions.
You ll then have to object to that which is more hectic
@gpdkaluma@WilliamsRuto Indeed. @gpdkaluma you need to support the President @WilliamsRuto Affordable Housing Agenda. Your statement yesterday is not true. Affordable Housing projects get inspected and audited by the KRA exemption team rigorously. Lets support the president BETA Agenda. @KuriaKimaniMP
@KIMANIICHUNGWAH Kudos to @KuriaKimaniMP for a brilliant work. However it is sad to see @gpdkaluma stating that materials are being diverted for yet the Housing Projects undergo a rigorous inspectiona dn audit exercise by KRA exemption team.
We need to support the BETA Agenda @WilliamsRuto
@MzalendoWatch@KuriaKimaniMP@gpdkaluma KRA themselves audit Affordable Housing Projects rigorously to ensure that the materials purchased are solely used for Affordable Housing Projects.
@Frannco__@gpdkaluma Please not Affordable Housing projects undergo inspections and KRA periodically to ascertain that materials exempted are utilized for the intended purpose. Removing the Tax incentives would cripple the Housing projects crippling the Presidents @WilliamsRuto's BETA Agen
@joelbroownii ehhh mahn...you are just showcasing your ignorance on Tax issues bro. Mitumba Traders will pay VAT on importation, which they will have to absorb in their costing process and pass on to the final buyer even though it is exempt.
@moneyacademyKE This would stall the Afforfable Housing Sector which has employed more than 800,000 Kenyans and has reduced the Housing deficit something president @WilliamsRuto has prouded himself in. The clause to tax materials on Afforfable Housing projects should be removed ASAP @JohnMbadiN
@BiancaNaom1 I feel @JohnMbadiN is siding with him. He has introduced punitive clauses in the Finance Bill 2026 to tax the Affordable Housing Projects clealrly undermining the work of president @WilliamsRuto@KindikiKithure .
These clauses need to be remived from the finance bill 2026.
