@justindross @garybasin Bad ops can really exacerbate modeling errors as well. If zillow couldn't figure out the ops portion, their hold time would shoot up, exposing them to a lot of risk that their model isn't accounting for.

I'd imagine the longer it takes to turn a home, the harder it is to model
