i’m so happy for mika today.

i honestly thought i wouldn’t be able to come. i had just gotten back from a flight, by 3 pm, i had already decided to stay home because i was really, really tired.

but i don’t know, the thought of not being there for mika felt like “kasalanan” hahaha. i just had to be there.

anyway, while watching, i couldn’t help but feel proud and smile as i saw mika sing and dance on stage.

if i’m being honest, work and our family trip have kept me so busy lately that today was actually the first time i got to listen to all the songs from her latest album. really… sorry, mika. and yo, i love all songs.

but anyway, it was incredibly calming and soothing to hear her sing. more so, it was heartwarming to see her genuinely happy, doing what she loves and enjoying every moment of it.

miks, i am so, so proud of you.

i was definitely bitin, but i think what i heard tonight was enough to soothe my aching feet and tired eyes.

@mikslmnc, thank you for sharing your tune and music, your passion, and a space from the left side of your heart with us. you may not realize it, but your songs and your existence bring comfort to more people than you know.

keep singing, keep dreaming, keep believing.. keep being you.
