Let's admit it:
AI models write better code than many engineers.

Where does this fact leave the engineers? What should they do?

The answer is guided by this reality: models still aren't capable of thinking at high-level and have a deep understanding of systems.

That's why, more than never the System Thinking and Design are more important than ever.

Engineers need to shift their mindset to an Orchestrator role, architecting the high level of the systems meanwhile the AI models do the low level tasks and coding.

Prepare your dialogue before communicating.
Think before talking, not during communication.

What do you want to communicate? Draw a mental map and then communicate.

The communication will flow, you'll sound more fluent, avoid empty gaps and be more concise.
