@jawwy تم التواصل من خدمة العملاء لديكم وأفادني الموظف أنه كان هناك فعلا مشكلة في الاستهلاك من النظام وأنه سيتم تعويضي وتفاجئت أنه تم تعويضي بمبلغ 15 ريال

كيف يتم تعويضي بهذا المبلغ الزهيد مقابل 40 جيجا تم سحبها بدون وجه حق؟
أنا لم أطالب بتعويض مادي أنا طالبت برد البيانات التي تم سحبها

I think thay have an automatic reply which is not justify the Poloniex illegal act with its customers regarding the removing of our BRG from our wallet and forcing us to accept your illogical compensation.
