Hari ini pesen gr*bcar biasa, gak pake kode promo, gak pake yg hemat. Terus drivernya telpon (di apps) krn merasa titik jemput kejauhan dan minta cancel, oke fine. Tapi terus dia nyuruh w yg nge-cancel dan pilih alasan "karena pake kode promo"
I mean, asking to cancel is one thing, I get it. I don't mind canceling either. But what's with this guilt tripping and forcing customers to lie about using promo code? Am I missing something or what
Pas w bilang "saya kan ga pake kode promo atau yg hemat, ngapain bohong? Nanti saya cancel tp saya tulis krn driver terlalu jauh" terus blio marah2, katanya w nggak pengertian. Lah jadi salah aing?
