@ATT is there a known issue with voicemail after the most recent update? I had some saved voicemails and they have disappeared in both the app and calling the line with requiring me to change my pin on the app but giving me an error saying it cannot change my pin.
Chronic Illness can be so frustrating because you can constantly rest, watch your diet, wear a mask, take your meds, etc just so you can maintain the same level of chronic illness.
Yesterday I posted about how many disabled & chronically ill people fear going to the ER because it’s not a safe place for them
Today there’s an article about Long Covid patients being placed on psych holds.
Stop psychologizing illnesses you don’t understand. We deserve better.
Ok, here's something I learned in high school humanities: As long as people believe that they have redress for injustice, either through courts or through political action (like voting), the people will choose nonviolent options.

⚠️DO NOT BUY THIS LITTER BOX⚠️
🧵🔁
This automatic litter box is KILLING cats. I want to share this around because a lot of people are buying it and a lot of cat owners are unfortunately falling victim to this. The litter box in the picture is an automatic cleaning-
“It hit so much harder and it lasted longer”
Covid doesn’t get milder with subsequent infections. Thats a lie designed to make you feel comfortable. Herd immunity is NOT coming.
This young man is scared with good reason. He could be experiencing the beginning of Long Covid /1
It is physically impossible for cartilage tissue to heal this quickly in a 78 yr old man.
He was not shot with a .223 round. Not grazed. At this point, I don't believe there was any bleeding wound at all.
Refused treatment at hospital. No doctor's report. Press is silent.
Learned more about the story of this photo and now I'm mad.
This was taken today at Arlington National Cemetery. The grave belongs to Sgt Nicole Leeann Gee, USMC. She was among the 13 US service members killed in a suicide bombing during the Afghan withdrawal 3 yrs ago. 1/
genuinely bonkers to me that there was pushback to the suggestion of bringing back testing requirements before cons. like why?? what part of that could possibly be a bad idea? because you have to spend 15 more minutes testing? get over it! protect yourself and others!
“How long are you going to wear a mask?”
“We didn’t mask before Covid so we aren’t going to now!”
These are two of the most common refrains covid aware people hear. They suggest that the pandemic is over & that precautions no longer make sense.
They’re wrong 🧵 /1

So, for those of you who have a life and don't know the weirdy-weird goings on with the weirdos, you have to hear this.
In a recorded conversation with Kamala, Tim Walz said he liked "white man tacos." She asked what that was, like "mayonnaise and tuna fish" and he said, not it was just very bland tacos with meat and cheese.
Then a right-wing podcaster "discovered" that he won this "hot dish" competition and were calling him a liar and saying that if you're going to lie about the little things, how can you be honest about the other things.
Yes. I know. It's already funny. Trump voters suddenly taking issue with "lying." But it gets a lot funnier.
As anyone who has ever lived in Minnesota knows, hot dish is just Minnesotan for "casserole." It's called "hot dish" because it's temperature hot, not because it's spicy hot.
But they thought "HOT dish was SPICY hot dish. Which, if you've never HAD a hot dish in Minnesota, is the kind of dish you grab at the potluck if you want something safe. And everyone brings hot dish.
Hot dish usually is some kind of combination of meat, some sort of dairy, veggies, and tater tots, seasoned to taste, and by that I mean, seasoned to the point where you can taste it.
Like my brain can't even fuse the thoughts "spicy" and "hot dish" together. Potato salad is spicer.
But wait! It gets funnier.
So, then they were saying it had chili powder and paprika (2 teaspoons each) to "prove" that it was some kind of super spicy food. It also had a pound of ground turkey (of course) a pound of cheese, a bunch of tater tots, and a pound of sour cream. And some veggies.
If you know anything about cooking, you know two teaspoons of chili powder and paprika in the midst of all that is definitively VERY not spicy. (Like a mild pot of chili will have six times that.)
Just LOOKING at the recipe you know it's not spicy unless you've never cooked in your life.
So, to recap, a bunch of white guys got very mad that he said white guy tacos because it implied that white guys eat bland food. Then they thought it was a "spicy" dish because it was called "hot dish." And then when they found that's not why, they used the really bland recipe to "prove" it was spicy. Which only proved that a bunch of white guys can't handle spicy.
YOU ONLY PROVED HIS JOKE WAS TRUE!!!
But there's a bonus laugh out of all of this, too. The article they used to prove it was his recipe said it was his third straight win of the competition.
So in addition to all the other stuff he does, he's the Hot Dish King in the land of Hot Dish.
You really can't make this stuff up.
I only became aware of the existence of Tim Walz less than 24hr’s ago and everything I’ve learned since has made me want to clone him and have one shipped over here. 🥹
Check these out 🧵
Incredibly dangerous and foolish for him and everyone in contact with him. This could end his or his competitors careers. Humanity has lost all sense of responsibility toward one another.
