i need pc help - switched to a new case two days ago and ever since, i can’t load valorant. it stays stuck on the screen w the act art before the main menu, i’ll close it in task manager, then i can’t load any other game until i restart my pc. pls help ive tried everything

all other riot games i have and games on my desktop run, only one that doesn’t is val. i un/reinstalled val, riot client, riot vanguard, checked drivers, network reset, etc.
