@58Fly @British_Airways Sorry, the 2 was the second tweet on the same subject. Only got 4x£10 vouchers (total £40) with no explanation on where we could spend them. Immediately made our way to the hotel as we had been up since 3 that morning.

@British_Airways 2 Got £40 of vouchers. What BA didn't say is that you can only use them at certain outlets and only in the airport and only today. So in hotel and can't spend them.🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
