I would say happy birthday, America, but unfortunately I love abortions and immigrants and public education and universal healthcare and Black people and the environment and not bombing children with my tax dollars.
It's so selfish to enter someone's life, see that they're a loving, cheerful, and good person, and decide to ruin their peace because you haven't dealt with your own issues. Leave people alone if you have no intention of showing up with sincerity.
A lot of men think women can’t be alone. Baby, once a woman get tired of being played with, used, and disappointed, being single start feeling like luxury. No arguing, no crying, no checking phones, no wondering who lying. Just vibes and peace.
Right now life teaching me detachment. Nothing’s really mine. People come and go. Moments pass. Love shifts. It’s all temporary. I’m learning to enjoy things without gripping them too tight. To accept when energy changes. To let go when it’s time.
I’m starting to feel nothing for men no matter how they look or what they say. Liking them just takes so much from you and it’s never worth the investment.
