I've followed your journey together via twitter for some time and it's clear how devoted to her you were and how wonderfully you cared for her, your best was the best.

@fdarena We've tried to speak with them but it's not clear what the situation is, is there a way to speak to someone from yourselves who may be able to provide clarity? The ticketing company has advised the issue is due to the arena?
