🚨🇲🇾 MALAYSIA TURNS BACK MIGRANT BOATS, DETAINS 196 ROHINGYA

Malaysia’s coast guard intercepted two boats near Langkawi on Friday, packed with nearly 300 Myanmar migrants barely hanging on after running out of food and water.

After tossing over some supplies, officials escorted the boats right back out of their waters.

Meanwhile, police detained 196 migrants, including 71 children, who landed on a Langkawi beach.

Authorities believe they’re Rohingya refugees fleeing Myanmar, where they face brutal persecution.

Malaysia, famous for its hospitality—unless you’re undocumented—has a strict no-refugees policy.

Boats are turned away, and those who make it in are crammed into overcrowded detention centers.
