@JessStarlite@DellCares My worry is that it won’t stay fantastic! I feel like if the machine is good, they should put their backing behind it (even if you have to pay). It’s weird that they’re unwilling to do that. It sucks when something you love isn’t getting the support you need.
Dell replaced my laptop after a repair went sideways (appreciated).
But they’ve now confirmed the replacement can NEVER have support added—not even if I pay for ProSupport Plus.
So: brand-new machine, zero long-term support options.
