What’s happening? Our flight was moved frm 8:55pm today to 10am tomorrow. Where are we gonna stay now? No hotel accomms, no transpo. And we have to leave the boarding gate.

No arranged accommodations.
No food provided.
No staff showed up.

Stayed here overnight. We all had to endure long cold night - imagine the elderly and babies. Flight even moved to 12:30pm (frm 10am).

How disappointing 😩😩
