How I've never tried hard drugs, i don't know. I lost my mom (not her life, but I lost her) to cocaine and I just simply wont go down that path cause I know I'm writing my own story. It's just crazy the amount of tings I've repressed
Nobody really knows that I was homeless at 17. Not like sleeping on the street.. but my "guardian" had left home and stopped paying rent and therefore I was evicted. I couch hopped for about 5 months. I still actively saw my friends and acted like things were completely normal.
Its kind of a time of my life that I forgot about until someone just asked me. There was definitely a time that I had no home to go to. I lost all of my clothes, my bedframe, my dresser.. I had a couple boxes and I didnt even realize the effect that probably had on me.
I just want to say women have come so far and I am genuinely so grateful just to be able to do whatever the fuck I want and have my freedom. When I’ve stood up for myself I get this liberating feeling and I think about how proud our ancestors must be for how far we’ve all come.
