Yo me negaré a ello siempre.
$ASTS
Minor Wave 3 (of PW1) = $124+ (HL MUST HOLD)
LT Wave 5 PT = $170+ 🟢 Base Case
Currently, $ASTS is attempting its initial successful higher low to confirm the recent double bottom off its .382 Log Fib ($65) as a major low via LT Wave 4. This move lower comes in the form of Minor Wave 2 of Primary Wave 1 of the broader LT Wave 5.
At this time, it is descending via low volume pullback, finding support off the .5 Log Fib ($71) that shares confluence with RSI Bullish Divergence + BOBs on lower timeframes. This comes as it enters the Golden Pocket of MW2, nearing the .786 Fib ($70) while potentially forming a Bullish Hammer on the Daily.
Solid confluence to mark a low here and confirm reversal towards Minor Wave 3 of PW1 towards $124+ moving forward. The Major Goal is reclaiming $88-$103 as support. That has been confirmed by Minor Wave 1 topping out off that range.
Fingers crossed it does not lose the $70s. It could bring potential for lower lows. So far, developments lean bullish for now.
Me amenazan. Quieren intimidarme y asustarme. Apestan a corrupción. La decadencia absoluta.
Interesting regulatory approach by Brazil’s telecom regulator. By requiring Direct-to-Device (D2D) satellite services to operate through licensed terrestrial mobile network operators, rather than granting independent access to mobile spectrum. This is particularly relevant for $ASTS whose strategy is built around partnerships with mobile operators and the use of their licensed spectrum. As more countries adopt similar frameworks, this could help reduce regulatory uncertainty and support broader D2D deployment.
The proposal grants D2D services secondary access to the 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1,800 MHz, 1,900/2,100 MHz, and 2,500 MHz bands, with satellite operators required to use these frequencies through agreements with the licensed mobile network operators that hold the spectrum rights.
