@JetBlue, as a loyal costumer & a Mosaic member, my experience with JetBlue in the last 48 hours has been horrible. From canceled flights, having staff suggest that my 5 & 7 year should sleep at the airport overnight, to just tone def & plain rude costumer service. Anyone else?
