Major preparations completed at Shifa Hospital for Imran Khan’s medical stay.

Sources say a massive basement facility, spanning thousands of square feet, has been specially prepared at Shifa Hospital for the medical care of former Prime Minister @ImranKhanPTI

According to sources, Khan has already been brought to the hospital overnight for medical check-ups, “in and out”.

The specially secured area reportedly includes two separate medical rooms, a large media room and a massive waiting area, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology, furniture and surveillance systems.

The hospital is under considerable pressure over the sweeping changes being made to SOPs, access, parking and security protocols. Hospital staff and attendants are reportedly facing strict restrictions, (e.g outside food has also been prohibited).

According to sources, the hospital is now fully prepared to receive the former Prime Minister, with dedicated arrangements and security protocols in place.
