@CollinJHumphrey Do you typically update the homeowner(s) on progress throughout the job via texts or something else?

Some of the best kitchen/bath remodelers I've spoken with align a few phases to homeowner payments, ideally with a stop at the job site after each phase.

@bdpcollective none in Dundee, IMO. Need to go downtown or closer to it. Rally, Archetype(s) including blackstone, Bad Seed are all favorites. Bad Seed's flat white with oat milk is my favorite single coffee beverage in Omaha FWIW
