@HDFCBank_Cares Contacted again the MF team, they suggested to contact bank people only since this ISA MF account opened at local bank to Mumbai. This ISA account needs to be closed from bank level only. already submitted docs for this few months back.pls close this ISA account.

@hdfcmf i have been asked to close my mf account for last 4 months but issue not resolved. Ng people will say it's bank side...And bank people will say it's mf side.. am getting charged for not using mf account... Pls resolve this asap. EMAIL : [email protected]

@HDFCBank_Cares Contacted them 10days back..But not resolved ...Simply saying it's bank side ..When contacted bank they are saying mf side can fix..But finally customer suffering and losing money and time... Issue not resolved
