नीट एग्जाम खत्म होने के बाद शाम को उनका एक पड़ोसी उनके पास आया और अपने टेलीग्राम पर कुछ गेस पेपर दिखाते हुए कहा कि यह गेस पेपर हमारे टेलीग्राम ग्रुप में 15 -20 दिनों से घूम रहा है और जब शशिकांत सुथार ने उस गेस पेपर का बारीकी से निरीक्षण किया तब देखा कि 180 में से 140 क्वेश्चन हूं बहू है कोई कॉमा फूल स्टॉप भी फर्क नहीं है

फिर वह सीकर पुलिस स्टेशन गए लेकिन तब पुलिसकर्मियों ने कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखी

उसके बाद उन्होंने ट्विटर पर NTA को ट्वीट किया मेल डाल पीएमओ में मेल डाला भारत के राष्ट्रपति को मेल डाला सीबीआई को मेल डाला तब जाकर राजस्थान सरकार को आदेश आया कि आप इस मामले की जांच करिए

उसके बाद राजस्थान पुलिस ने एक स्पेशल ऑपरेशन ग्रुप बनाया शुरू में यह मामला बहुत छोटा लग रहा था लेकिन जब यह पता लगा कि इसके कई राज्यों में नेटवर्क है

तब यह मामला सीबीआई को दिया गया और नीट का परीक्षा रद्द कर दी गई

उसके बाद यह सारे नेटवर्क का खुलासा हुआ की जो व्यक्ति पेपर बना रहे था वह सब के सब पेपर लीक के मास्टरमाइंड थे
