If you have COVID, and are under home isolation, a good way to monitor yourself is with the 6 Minute Walk Test .
Check SPO2, then walk around your room for 6 min,and check SPO2 after the walk . If there is a drop of 4 pts or more in SPO2, contact your doctor immediately.
