@airtelindia Need urgent help.

Ported from Jio (Aug’25) for prepaid but was pushed into postpaid saying prepaid wasn’t available.

Since Jan, I’ve tried 4+ times to migrate (app + showroom), paid dues each time, but it never completes.

I’ve now paid ₹1097.46 to avoid further late charges being added again.

However, this does NOT resolve the issue. These charges occurred due to failed migration attempts from Airtel’s end.

You say I was “not contactable,” but I receive regular promo calls. Also many Airtel calls show as spam.

Bills increased (₹803 → ₹1400+) while issue is unresolved. This is clearly a failure on Airtel’s end.
