People like to peek in my study and say 'So this is where the magic happens.'
And I think, 'It's where the invoices are sent from, the receipts are checked, the tax is paid, the research is done.'
But yes it's where the magic happens because writing is magic. Sometimes.

Well, long time no see. I kind of disappeared off the face of the planet, didn't I? Big things happened - got married, had a kid, life etc. But now I am back! Still writing (sometimes sleep deprived, but that's fine... right?) and somewhat surviving. Hi again! 😁
