@AskAmex I was also told the late fees and finance charges would be removed in 7 days and it would not affect my credit. That was April 13,2022 and it is still not resolved. I've spent about 30 hours trying to speak with someone with authority to fix this. No luck at all. Thank you!!

@AskAmex Thank you, please see the following case numbers I have been given- GC-016L4Y, GC-019LKS and CI-0119BQ. This is over a $12.99 charge that slipped through after I cxld my card back in September 2021 I was notified about it in April 2022 and told to pay the $12.99 which I did.
