@OPay_NG @Opay, you people have started quietly deducting #50 from my account when I receive money. I thought that banks had been instructed by the Fed Govt/@cbn to desist from this practice? I have also seen a few other random accounts that you guys are doing this to. Is this even legal?

Why is @Opay beginning to charge #50 again when one receives money in their account? I thought the @cbn had asked banks to stop this practice? Somebody please make me understand.

@OPay_NG A transfer of N100,000 was made to my Opay account (8027567385) from a Zenith account since around 6 am yesterday Sunday, 3rd Nov, 2024 and over 24 hours now and I'm yet to receive it. The sender was already debited and received alert .
Kindly help look into this issue
