@FedExHelp spoke to 5 ppl ranging from new account department to IT tech dept and NOBODY even tried to reproduce the problem with my address... VERY VERY POOR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FEDEX

@FedExHelp it is a big hassle and i called your customer service which is a pain... i get stuck in a AI loop... somehow managed to to get to new accounts department and they advise me to put the address without the word "St" in it... come on, why should i take that chance...
