I've wrote multiple times to the grievance officer at Flipkart, I got only auto generated mails.
In Flipkart app I've tried to get help multiple times, they always have one answer, team is looking into your issue and will resolve in 24 hours.#badservice

@flipkartsupport I've been promised the refund for yesterday and it's postponed now. I wrote a mail to grievance officer and someone call me, told me if i don't get a call in 24 hours reply back on thread, i did that but no response. Then i wrote again to grievance officer and still no response.

Please don't buy electric products from @Flipkart, switch to @amazon
