How useless your service can be? Your chatbot fails to resolve/identify issue. Black support number is always BUSY. Website takes to the app. No email, no customer care no on app. How am I suppose to resolve my issue?

This is why people don't opt for postpaid services. Companies will rob you. For same services, bill amount fluctuates every month. No late charges in any of these bills. And nothing like over data usage or anything.
