@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 11) Seeing all these evident facts and the refusal of CoinDCX from providing me with a resolution for the same. Just claims
No Mark Price chart available for the public but they liquidate based on that hidden chart! This is full fledged scam going on @nsitharamanoffc@SEBI_India
Got burnt for Rs. 10,63,666 by CoinDCX's wrong liquidation and the support is now not providing any clarification with evident details of the same!
No action being taken on this wrongful play, need intervention @smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india Thread
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 9) Here is the call recording too where the Support agent says the Mark Price was 0.01963 at the time of my Liquidation (ts 08: 03)
And now CoinDCX claims that the Mark Price crossed my Liq price at 0.01729? Without providing any evidences, just claims.
No screenshots, nothing!
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 8) Even on CoinDCX, the Mark Price is shown as 0.02010 at the time of my liquidation.
Their support agent on the call itself confirmed the mark price as 0.01963 over the call. I am attaching recording for the same here(timestamp 08 min: 03sec)
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 7) They just say that the Mark Price crossed and reached 0.01676 on the mail but no evidence for the same has been provided, no screenshots, logs, etc verifying their claims, nothing.
Just normal generic baseless replies. Hiding everything. Even after provding the fact
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 6) Their support even first said that I was holding a Short position while the Position was LONG in fact, so we can see the level of seriousness with data on CoinDCX. This is absolutely terrible.
The Mark Price Chart is not public for the people to see, so that they can't verify
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 5) Despite writing 15+ mails to the CoinDCX support, they have not provided me the exact Mark Price and it's evidence at the time of liquidating me (10:41:39 IST) in writing.
Their agent confirmed the Mark Price was 0.01963 over the call at the time of liquidating me!
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 4) Secondly, there is no option to check the Mark price chart of an asset on CoinDCX! They can liquidate you anytime without you matching the Mark Price yourself @nsitharamanoffc This is blunder and unlike exchanges, this is phony and hidden with malicious intent, I am a victim.
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 3) Firstly, the price of AIGENSYS/USDT on CoinDCX went whopping 9% lower(0.01676) as compared to the low on @binance (0.01858)
Now, for this they say that can't compare with other exchange and can happen! That means if BTC trades at 100k globally, on CoinDCX it can trade at 91k?
@smtgpt@nsitharamanoffc@nsitharaman@PIB_India@cbic_india 2) It is to bring to your notice that on 22 August 2026, 10:41:39 IST, my LONG position of 2,500,000 AIGENSYN_USDT on CoinDCX was liquidated. Despite their support acknowledging that the Mark price at the time of my liquidation was 0.01963. My Liq Price being 0.01729 only.
@mrbos_finance@HindutvaDon_@shoe84872 Nope, India was made to accept everyone, by force, by a few people's wish. Was there a national vote anywhere to decide whether India would be a secular nation? Who are you to decide?
@Lions_Share_ Om Shanti. Rest In Peace bro, love you and will always remember our calls together. It was great knowing you and interacting with you throughout these years
@VashikhS@CommanGUY No point debating with illogical creatures like these who cannot differentiate between right and wrong, go make bombs mate, I didn't see such filth in Kumbh even though crores were visiting the spot.
