@NSW_FairTrading how do we remedy this matter ? We were refused name correction at the airport by @VirginAustralia staff, harassed and humiliated sent home without a solution. Missed our flight. The whole holiday was ruined by @VirginAustralia breaching their own policies.

@VirginAustralia breaching their own policies. We were refused name correction at Sydney International AirPort. Arrogant ground staff offered no solution. Very Poor service. Will be escalating this with @NSW_FairTrading

@VirginAustralia No real solution was offered at the time. Instead of going to Bali for our much awaited holiday, we had to return home. On top that our return trip ticket was also cancelled.

@VirginAustralia very poor service and rude staff at the Sydney International Airport. Tickets booked through Expedia, unfortunately had a spelling error, virgin airport staff refused to help. We Missed our flight. Never flying with virgin Australia again.
