@Revv_India Booking ID 11846047 (Maruti Fronx AT), Mumbai. Delivery was due at 8:00 AM today and it's now past that with no car, no executive contact, and no ETA. Your support team has asked me to cancel the booking and effectively cancel my entire trip.

@amazonIN I received a damaged order around three weeks back and submitted a return request. Since 20+ days, carrier is rescheduling pick up and has not picked up yet. Unfortunately, your customer service center is providing repetitive generic answers without any help.
@IndiGo6E It is surprising how low the service standards have dropped. There is a significant queue at Mumbai T1 for baggage check-in., however there is one only one operational counter for check-in. This is leading to high wait times and significant delays.
@flyspicejet Adding to my woes, I am missing my connecting travel and have to spend additional few thousands! Worst decision I have made ! I could have rather taken a train.
