I am very much disappointed and concerned thats how the reputed companies deduct amount without clarify and they just give reply with fair usage norms which is not relevant

@reliancejio .. three complaints in one month for net not working and due to this 15 days net not working and i have to pay full month bill for this poor service and connectivity… very disappointing and your service engineer will come as per his convenient time .@jagograhakjago
