Worst customer service ever from @O2 Raised a complaint, several weeks later they tried to contact me but I was driving so they closed the complaint!!!! And all of this is due to the incompetence of the staff at the Livingston branch π‘ @virginmedia
@Morrisons How can a delivery turn up with NO frozen items? How can a picker pick a casserole dish with lid and forget the lid? Why was there no email advising what was missing beforehand? Was it worth the Β£15 off for first customer? No! Won't be returning.

@OctopusEnergy I recently received an email saying my monthly DD was going down due to my usage, then I receive this email. Please explain as I've been unable to speak to anyone about this.....

@Ryanair Useless as always. Flight due to leave at 0550, finally heading to the runway at 0830, despite the fact that the plane was on the tarmac at 0400 when I got to the airport. Apparently its due to crew shortages π€¦ββοΈ
