@OctopusEnergy can someone please sort a problem out for me ! I'm getting fed up now . I changed to snug tariff on 9th Dec but the timings on my storage heaters were messed up so I changed back to fixed on 10th Dec but my storage heaters are still coming on at 3pm and 11pm !
