Now, back to regularly scheduled programming.
As we all return to our regular routine over the next couple weeks, try to ease back into it.
Working back up to speed is much easier than trying to reverse burnout.

Ottawa Police remain in Barrhaven, assessing damage and assisting residents.
Several partners are assisting, including @OttFire and @OttawaParamedic.
This incident has a large footprint and officers and partners are working diligently to assist everyone needing help.
There may be road closures due to fallen trees, electrical wires, etc.
A family reunification centre has been established at the Minto Recreation Complex, 3500 Cambrian Road in Barrhaven.
Please do not call 911 unless it is an emergency and you need Police, Fire, or Paramedics.
