OTs help you to help yourself. It's not their job to 'train' you. They teach you how you can own your own body, how to listen to it, how to learn from it, how to work it so that it can work.
A fantastic opportunity…OT Teaching Fellow roles based in London, working with our amazing apprenticeship OT learners. Also pm me if you’d like to hear more about my role https://t.co/aO3mHqViUu

@ShappiKhorsandi I changed my surname too, to my Grandmother’s surname. Felt empowering to bring the matriarchal name out into the light. She was a strong woman, loving and her laugh was infectious. I hope I do her name proud.
@DrJaninaRamirez It really shouldn’t matter should it. Wow we still have so far to come.
btw I remember thinking how much I loved your stunning blue head scarf and would love to try that look, but I spent far more time enjoying the detail and passion you bring.
So inspired by our amazing @CovUniOT London apprentices. Their determination, support for each other, and depth of insight is just fantastic. #OTsareunstoppable
