@PHXSkyHarbor @fly2midway @Reagan_Airport When I was able to speak with the ramp supervisor, the loading of my wheelchair was easy and quick. There still needs to be work with baggage/ground/ramp staff when it comes to arrival and the unloading of my wheelchair.

Every time my wheelchair is damaged I am I repeatedly told staff are properly trained to handle medical devices.

But handling, as my pictures and video shows, is how wheelchairs are damaged.

Apparently this is what @AmericanAir means when they say their ground staff is trained regularly on how to safely handle medical devices.

This doesn’t even get to how I was treated on the plane on arrival while waiting 40+ minutes for my power wheelchair to be located and brought to the gate.

@maayanziv @united I think I’m supposed to be appreciative of these changes. But all of their planes should be able to accommodate wheelchairs. And this adds more work for disabled people, once again, to seek a refund if flights cost more.
