The United States was founded by a remarkable mix of young revolutionaries and experienced statesmen.
Thankful for Founding Fathers who established a government based on inalienable rights given by our Creator God. It took time to realize freedom for all, but the American Experiment uniquely recognized the value of individuals 🇺🇸 🙌🏻
“Comfort first” life must die every day so kingdom life can breathe.
Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. Matt. 16:24
Our comfort should not get in the way of prioritizing Christ! God must be first 🙌🏻 “Thus says the LORD of hosts: Consider your ways. Go up to the hills and bring wood and build the house, that I may take pleasure in it and that I may be glorified, says the LORD.”
Haggai 1:7-8
Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. Proverbs 9:9-10 #LifelongLearner#FearTheLord
Smart phones are a powerful tool. The privilege and responsibility of owning one has a cost to anyone, but the development of children is impacted more than adults. Research shows the wisdom of delaying until 16 years old.
I love reading the Psalms because they are so real. Taking our authentic struggle to the Lord changes our focus! He is our Source!! https://t.co/DlYyTNbNTx
Jesus deserves all the glory. He saved us FROM sin and death FOR His glory ✝️ “You ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that….So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.” James 4:15, 17
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness…” Matt. 5:6
Jesus calls His followers to holiness. We live by His standards.
“Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” Romans 12:1
Jesus gave His all and deserves my obedience. Obedience is better than sacrifice. “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” 1 Cor 6:19-20
Sin is not a house pet- it is an apex predator! @CrossLifeFL
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” James 4:7-8
Attending church and not allowing a tween to have a phone is not a reason for the government to separate children from their parents. #ThisIsWrong

We need to follow Jesus’s wisdom.
Worldly wisdom=jealousy, selfish ambition, disorder.
Godly wisdom= peaceable, gentle, open to reason, sincere.
Walk the walk AND talk the talk.
Praying for our world.
May Jesus Christ be the peace and salvation found by searching souls. May Iran be free from violent oppression (especially of women) and may all the suffering heal. https://t.co/iBlrSBLEDV
James 1:12
Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves…one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing. James 1:22, 25
