I embrace my pain because it shaped me. I thank it and smile, open-faced and full of possibility. It is not my enemy— it is my sculptor. It carved me not into stone, but into someone who can hold both grief and grace in the same breath. I do not flinch from the ache. I greet it like an old friend— not with fear, but with reverence. Because now I see: The pain was never here to break me. It was here to break me open. And I am. Open-faced. Full of possibility. Willing. Ready. Whole.
