I love this quote from Ashley Burnie: "Walking in a large group adds visibility and increases safety while also serving as a reminder that our streets and cities are for people, not just people in cars." https://t.co/TD9wKpXfDa #ED611045
'Move More, Sit Less' is not only an actionable message, it's an effective evidence-based intervention strategy. A staircase approach meets people where they are in terms of current activity, an important 'step' to encouraging PA across the lifespan

"Give students a quick 1–2 minute stretch or mental pause mid-lesson. It improves attention and energy, especially in long sessions.
Example: “We did a 90-second brain break after a tough worksheet, focus returned!”"
