@CastleWaterLtd my elderly mother is in tears (again!) due to your imcompetence and harassment. After hours of calls where you have assured YOUR mistake has been rectified, she has received multiple threats from being cut off and being reported Experian. You should be ashamed!

@CastleWaterLtd you might think it’s acceptable to threaten cutting off an elderly woman who cares for her disabled husband when she has done nothing wrong but I do not. We will be taking further action. Disgusting.
