@AirCanada you lost two of my checked bags. AC 779 - Montreal to LAX. AC crew said not to wait at the airport and to fill out a report online. We can’t! need a baggage incident report number. Called the number 2X. on hold for 3 hours. Call dropped TWICE! How do I get my bags?!
