This is good news. I hope for many more blue days. I'm afraid the reducing numbers of dolphins in our seas is the real reason.

How does rodeo respond to increasing concern about animals suffering and dying at their events?

By banning photographers who won't censor damaging imagery.

[Buddy Elliott @BuddyLorna]

@PeterEgan6 @stae_elephants Thank you Peter for all your wonderful work for animals
It’s just so tragic that it needs to be done at all and, sadly seems to be a constant uphill struggle

[Amanda Santos @amandasantosceo]

Disgraceful. Ban rodeos.

[Debra Ashton @AshtonDebra]

Words fail me for those who allow this to continue. Horse dies at Methven Rodeo, weeks after new animal safety measures put in place https://t.co/XhNqMzQ9Ja .@SAFEnewzealand @MPI_NZ @jacindaardern

[Animals Asia @AnimalsAsia]

#NoNameBear needs your help! She’s been in this disgusting cage for 16 lonely years. With an urgent gift, you could help save (and name) #NoNameBear. Pls, send help >> https://t.co/MoTaUs1owU

[Gerda van Rijn @GerdavanRijn1]

Taiji: No hunting boats going out this morning. Hunters are off for one more day following a traditional sake barrel procession around town late last night. Blue cove!
