Harding University @Harding_FB long snapper Jack Edwards made the trip to Eau Claire, WI to chase perfection!

Jack and I have been refining his technique for a few years now and he’s made huge gains through the process.

This session was centered around improving his fluidity and creating more length throughout the snap. In the before video you can see how stiff and restricted his arms were, making it difficult to create effortless acceleration.

We spent a lot of time using drills to help him become more aware of what his body was doing and get comfortable with a new sensation. Once he trusted the movement instead of fighting it, he was able to create better length, flow, and acceleration through the finish.

It’s always fun working with athletes who are willing to embrace change, trust the process, and continue chasing another level.

Looking forward to continuing to help Jack chase perfection.

@LilaGraceRose Had an abnormal test result with our youngest son. Dr told us risk of Down syndrome was 1/8 and they highly encouraged us to terminate the pregnancy. We declined and they treated us terribly all the way up until birth. My son was born perfectly healthy. He will be 18 next month.
