.@cbseindia29 Payment is still broken. Selecting PhonePe directly shows “payment failed” without opening the app. Students cannot submit revaluation forms. Screen recording attached.

A@cbseindia29 You said the revaluation portal would work by 2 PM, but after 3 PM the same error is still showing. Students still cannot apply for answer book photocopy and verification. Fix the portal immediately.
