Very poor experience with @Niva_Bupa Health Insurance. My health check-up was rescheduled 3 times, and the sample was finally collected on 23 April (Policy No. 33988562202501). Despite this, I have still not received the report. Also, no human support—only IVR loops.

@flipkartsupport I ordered a geyser on 5th Oct, delivered on 14th Oct, but installation hasn't happened yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, no action taken, and my return request on 21st Oct hasn't been processed either. Extremely disappointed with the service!
