After 1.5 hrs in @IntlAirportCLT @TSA, @AmericanAir app starts working and I get a later flight (I’ve missed the earlier one). Meanwhile luggage is sitting in @JAXairport. Finally made it home. Exhausted. Thanks @AmericanAir and @IntlAirportCLT for my worst travel experience.

Race to B2. yep, flight’s gone and there’s no more flights until morning. At this point spent $200 to choose seats I never sat in. Finally find a hotel room 10 miles away for myself and family, pay for a Lyft. Back at @intlairportclt at 6am with @AmericanAir boarding pass
