@airindia @vistaraairline You know what is very evident between the two of you? Vistara set very high standards - their L&D was strong enough and AI is unable to train their people on basic SOPs tbh. I flew Biz Class yesterday and on 1st - id score 5/10 versus Vis was 9/10 always
